Specifications for nominations for all Spotlight awards:  Read the nomination specifications carefully and respond to them thoroughly and completely.  The questions have been designed to provide opportunities for all candidates.  Resources alone will not guarantee a winner.  Evidence of your community's needs, desires, participation and the benefits it received will be key elements in the jurists decision-making process and will equalize the playing field for nominations from communities of different sizes.

Nominations will be considered based upon City/County/District population according to the 2000 Census. 

Class I: More than 35,001 population
Class II: 35,000 and less population

Spotlight nominations must be accompanied by a $35 entry fee payable by check, purchase order or Visa/MC.
