Application requirements for all Citation of Merit Nominations: 

Only WRPA members are eligible to nominate qualified candidates.  Membership will be verified and nominations by non-members will be disqualified.

Each award nomination must be accompanied by a clearly and completely filled out nomination cover sheet and nomination questionnaire.

Professional award nominations must include no more than 3 letters of recommendation.  Please note maximum page requirement is five pages.  Exceeding maximum page requirements may be cause for rejection.

Nominations are eligible for only one category.

No fee for professional awards.

Nominations must include a photo or electronic artwork for program or presentation purposes.  (tif, jpeg or pdf are preferred)

Files should be saved in MS Word or PDF unless otherwise noted.  Email nomination materials to awards@wrpatoday.org no later than midnight February 24, 2012, to be considered.
